All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our curvy queens worldwide:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery.

- Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation copy.Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):- Exchanges: Your new items will ship within 2 business days
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing (timing depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Plus Size Garters & Panties
- Plus Size Hosiery (if packaging has been opened)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or import taxes
We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or declare a lower value.
